Kolavennu Kanaka Kumar Chand is a Chief Marine Engineer, having post graduation in Management from IIM-Indore (Indian Institute Of Management), besides a Chartered Engineer, an Accredited Marine Surveyor (AMS) & Certified Marine Surveyor (CMS) who can undertake any of the Marine Projects / Assignments with ease.

Started career with Great Eastren Shipping Co., Ltd., - Mumbai and served with different reputed companies including Dredging Corporation of India Ltd., (A Govt. of India Undertaking, a mini Nava Ratna) and served as Operations / Projects Manager with MAN, Germany.

Having vast experience of nearly 3 decades in different sectors, with core competancy in Shipping, Port Development & Operations, Finance, Power Plants and Dredging.

Credentials: Pursuing Doctorate (Ph.D), B.E. (Mech-Marine) Gold Medalist, MBA-Finance (IIM-I), C.Engg; FI Mar E (Fellow of institution of Marine Engineers), FIE (Fellow of Institution of Engineers), FIII (Fellow of Insurance Institute of India), FIV (Fellow of Institution of Valuers), Chartered Engineer, IRDA Accredited / Certified Surveyor, Diploma in German Language.
